Murray State Brass Choir and Jazz Orchestra to perform concert Feb. 6

The Brass Choir and Jazz Orchestra at Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍøÈë¿Ú will perform a concert for the public Feb. 6 at 7:30 p.m. in Lovett Auditorium in preparation for their respective performances during the 2018 Kentucky Music Educators Association Conference in Louisville.

Murray State professor completes Rotary Peace Fellowship in Thailand

Dr. Kala Chakradhar, associate professor of social work in the College of Education and Human Services at Â鶹ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍøÈë¿Ú, recently completed a three-month fellowship at a Rotary Peace Center in Bangkok, Thailand. This honor, awarded by Rotary International, was part of a professional development certificate program and focused on peace and conflict resolution.
