Murray State's students in the nutrition and dietetics program are offering healthy lunch options every Wednesday from March 5 to April 30 (except March 19 for Spring Break).
Order your meal online via Marketplace for dine-in or pick-up from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Oakley Dining Room - 204N Applied Science. 3 course meals are $10-$15 and include bottled water and your choice of dessert.
Appetizers, Main Dishes and Light Desserts follow the American Heart Association Heart-Check Recipe Certification Program Nutrition Requirements and the USDA Dietary Guidelines.
